Senior Cyber Risk Management Leader
The role will focus on leading a technical investigations team, improving incident response capability, and driving operational maturity across the global service model.
This leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day SOC and incident response activity, as well as driving improvements across processes, tooling, and service delivery. They will also oversee scheduling, performance management, and capability development, while contributing to global alignment projects and service upgrades.
* Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts and investigators.
* Manage day-to-day SOC and incident response activity.
* Drive improvements across processes, tooling, and service delivery.
* Own escalation paths and stakeholder communication.
* Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client security expectations are met.
* Support major incident handling and forensic investigations.
