A global insurance group is now looking to add an insurance analyst that will report to the Financial Reporting Manager. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for multiple entities within the group Perform premium validation checks for Annual Plans, Quarterly Forecasts, and Year-End figures to ensure accuracy. Manage end-to-end processing and completion of premium and commission invoicing, resolving related data queries or issues promptly. Oversee processing of claims, program costs, and claims handling invoices, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Maintain and manage relationships with tax services outsourcing providers to ensure seamless operations. Assist in budgeting and reforecasting activities to support financial planning. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual returns completed. Prepare reconciliations for Claims Paid and Claims Fees within set timeframes. Adhere to operational processes, proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations. Skills & Experience: 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of claims and how to perform reconciliations Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving high accuracy in financial and operational processes.
