Finance Director
to join their leadership team and drive strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement 3-year financial plans and models
Oversee cash flow, tax planning, and risk mitigation
Lead audit, compliance, and governance processes
Manage AP, AR, payroll, and reporting
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with 5+ years in a Finance Director/CFO role
Strong experience in strategic planning, treasury, and compliance
Proven leadership and change management skills
Knowledge of Dynamics and BI tools is an advantage
