A Technical Sales Manager is needed for our Cork-based client supporting the sale, service, and repair of mechanical and electrical engineering products.
This is a superb opportunity to drive the growth of an established industry leader across multiple client sites.
This role will require a balance of strategic business development and relationship management, ensuring that existing customers continue to receive high levels of service while also uncovering new business opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and water services sectors.
Proactively seek out new clients, developing a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing technical support and tailored solutions.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and Account Executives to develop cross-selling and upselling strategies.
What You Need: Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management in an industrial, mechanical, or electrical setting.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers, procurement professionals, and technical stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
