Job Opportunity:
The role of Plant & Equipment Administrator is to provide administrative support for the management, maintenance, and logistical coordination of plant and equipment used in civil engineering projects across South-West Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records and schedules for routine maintenance
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily available
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable Knowledge:
Knowledge of plant, fleet, or construction principles would be beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will be based in Charleville and work full-time on-site.
