The Great Southern Killarney, part of the Hayfield Family Collection, has an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Breakfast Manager to lead our morning service to the highest standard.
The Role
As Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and professional running of breakfast service, ensuring every guest begins their day with an unforgettable dining experience. You will lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver attentive, efficient, and personalized service
Main Duties:
* Oversee the daily breakfast operations.
* Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.
* Lead, train, and develop the breakfast service team.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback proactively.
* Manage stock, ordering, and cost controls related to breakfast service.
* Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
* Uphold health & safety and hygiene standards at all times.
* Coordinate the daily work and activities of staff.
* To work with the Food & Beverage Management to manage the roster and schedule for the team based on activities and business levels
The successful candidate will:
* A hospitality professional with 1 years' experience previous experience in a similar role is essential
* A standards driven, creative manager with a high attention to detail
* Someone with excellent customer service skills
* You have appropriate financial awareness
* Proficient IT skills
* Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential.
* Highly motivated, and a team player.
* Proficient IT skills including Table path experience an advantage
