Job Overview
This position requires the operation, implementation, and enhancement of existing and new Citrix on-premise deployments in multiple global datacenters.
* Lead a team responsible for support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and project participation to improve service and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
• Provide advanced technical support to delivery teams on escalated issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis related to critical incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain support, updates, and planning as required.
• Oversee designated technologies covering Citrix environment and platforms.
• Ensure current internal documentation is maintained and shared centrally with the team.
• Continuously evaluate the Citrix environment and plan for future capacity and technology changes.
• Partner with key stakeholders to create Citrix solutions meeting business needs.
• Develop documents defining SLAs, SOW, and other business requirements according to business needs.
• Directly manage a 24x7 support team.
