This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering sales background and a proven ability to build lasting relationships in the construction and civil engineering sector.What You’ll Be DoingPromote and sell ground support equipment and services across the region.Proactively call on prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.Identify opportunities to quote and convert into long-term business partnerships.Manage and maintain strong relationships with their existing customer base.Coordinate logistics such as deliveries, collections, and project requirements.What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in engineering-based sales.Strong background in dealing with Civil Contractors or Groundworkers (a big advantage).Understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.Commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and close deals.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & specifications.Full, clean driver’s license.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.What’s on OfferCompetitive remuneration package based on experience.Company vehicle provided.Opportunity to join a supportive team and grow within a well-established business.
