Role OverviewThe Membership & Golf Operations Coordinator will provide essential support to the Golf Operations Department, reporting directly to the Head of Operations for Carr Golf Services.This role involves close collaboration with Golf Operations Managers and the Finance Team, ensuring smooth membership administration, managing group booking deposits, and supporting wider operational needs.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess new membership sales and update customer accounts weeklyManage membership renewals bi-weekly and ensure accounts are kept up to dateOversee membership and group deposit collectionLiaise with venue Finance Managers to complete monthly collections of outstanding balances and issue invoices where requiredManage group booking deposits and ensure full payment is received in line with business policy prior to playProvide general office administration support including correspondence, phone queries, and diary management for the Head of OperationsTake minutes for monthly Services HOD meetings and circulate to Department Leads and Head of OperationsSupport quarterly Operations Department reviews by preparing and delivering administrative updates on membership and group booking processesWhat You Will BringA Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)At least 1 year of proven administrative experienceA strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)High levels of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong analytical, research, and evaluation skillsSolid understanding of office management principles and proceduresDiscretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentiallyAn adaptable, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with annual reviewHybrid working arrangements24 days annual leave (plus additional leave with length of service)Extra day's leave for your birthdayVHI health insurance after probationLaptop providedComplimentary golf membership at company-operated clubsDiscounted membership rates for friends and familyStaff discounts in Pro ShopsCycle-to-Work SchemeSocial Club activities and eventsOngoing professional development and career support
