We’re Scaled3D, a viral YouTube Shorts channel creating high-retention, meme-heavy 3D Minecraft animations that blend absurd humor with emotional storytelling.
Our videos feel like Pixar met TikTok - chaotic, visual, fast, and full of feeling.
Now we’re looking for a narrative writer who can consistently craft 20–30 second visual stories that hook immediately, hit emotionally, and end with a punch.
What You’ll Do:
* Create emotional arcs in seconds: rejection, sacrifice, twist, redemption
* Pitch absurd, meme-worthy, or heartfelt ideas daily
* Collaborate with our animators to bring clean, fast, rewatchable stories to life
* Help us scale content without losing the soul
* Think visually — you see scenes in your head, not pages of text
* Can hook viewers in the first second
* Know how to make someone feel something in 5 seconds
* Can pitch 3–5 fresh story ideas per day and pick the strongest
* Understand what keeps people watching (and rewatching)
* Are familiar with Minecraft characters, or meme culture at large
* Have written for TikTok, Shorts, animation, or mobile storytelling
* Love blending weird, emotional, and visually satisfying ideas
* Can describe a full story in 1 sentence that grabs attention instantly
