Job Summary
Our organization seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our human resources department, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile and process payroll returns accurately and efficiently
* Manage sick leave reports by recording certifications and compiling monthly reports for payroll purposes
* Support the recruitment process through correspondence management and coordination with departments in conducting interviews
* Assist in setting up new starters on payroll and attendance systems
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR position
* Relevant degree or CIPD qualification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Public sector or healthcare experience advantageous
