We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative on a permanent basis to join our team in South East, Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell EcoWaste's waste and recycling services to households and SMEs within your area.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Manage daily sales activities, including canvassing, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales through the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door, or B2C sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Full clean driving licence essential.
Knowledge or interest in waste management or environmental services is an advantage.
