We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-aware Content Executive to support local content, engagement and reputation activity across the organisation.
This role focuses on coordinating high-quality local content.
The position suits someone who understands the value of authentic, local storytelling and positive online presence, and who can manage this in a structured, compliant and professional way. Full drivers licence required, with travel across the country.

What are we looking for?
Experience in content, communications, marketing or reputation-focused roles
Comfortable capturing or coordinating real-world content such as photos, short videos or testimonials
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Confident working with local teams and providing clear, practical guidance
Professional and calm when handling sensitive or reputational matters
Familiar with working within brand, tone-of-voice and compliance guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Support the capture and coordination of local content from community activity, events and branch initiatives
Ensure content is appropriate, approved and aligned with brand and compliance standards
Act as a central point of coordination for local content submissions and priorities
Support consistent and professional handling of online feedback and reviews
Work with internal teams to encourage appropriate feedback following positive interactions
Collaborate with colleagues involved in events and local engagement to maximise impact
Contribute to reporting and insight on engagement, content activity and sentiment
