Management Accountant - Magheralin Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (site-based)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (Competitive benefits)Reed Finance is partnered with a world-leading manufacturing organisation in Magheralin, in the appointment of an experienced Management Accountant to join an established and growing finance team. Reed have helped grow this team in recent years and can testify to the highly professional yet personable nature of the team in place.Day-to-Day of the Role:Provide effective business partnering with key stakeholders across the site.Analyse operational and business data to support strategic and operational decision-making.Deliver regular, relevant, and insightful reporting and analysis to the Site Management Team.Support and challenge the Site Management Team in the continual business improvement process and in delivering overall site goals and initiatives.Work closely with the Financial Controller to facilitate effective and accurate weekly reporting, KPIs, and various site metrics.Drive and influence operational and business performance through detailed financial analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications:Part or Fully Qualified Accountant (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior finance role.Strong experience in MS Excel and experienced ERP system user.Proficient in developing and implementing process improvements.Skilled in reporting and presenting key financial information to senior teams.Understanding of standard costing and product costing within a large ERP system.Strong analytical, organisational, and prioritisation skills.Motivated to develop own skills and knowledge, proactive, assertive, and persuasive.Desirable:Fully Qualified Accountant (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).Experience in a senior finance role within a manufacturing environment.Expert in MS Excel, developed or improved complex reporting and costing models.Experienced SAP user.Benefits: Competitive Salaries & Bonuses | Enhanced holidays & family-friendly policies | Life Assurance & access to health cash plan schemes | Employee Assistance Programs & Wellness Incentives |To apply for the Management Accountant position, please click 'apply' or contact Laurence at Reed Finance Belfast.
