** Midweek availability is essential for this role**

About the role:
* Prepare and Serve drinks to guests
* Handle different payments in an efficient accurate manner
* Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction
* Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout and recorded accordingly
* Bar set up and breakdown
* Prepare equipment for the restaurant before and after service
* Other duties which may be required
