Reperio is working with a Dublin-based MSP company that is keen to expand its current workforce due to high demand for its services. This role involves gaining expertise in system administration, networking, and cloud-based services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
* Assist with the administration of Active Directory, Azure, and security solutions.
* Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
* Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
* Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT support, focusing on Windows and Microsoft environments.
* Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
* Relevant Azure certifications are a plus.
* Previous MSP experience is highly beneficial.
* Exposure to firewalls is advantageous.
