Field Service Engineer Munster Region Field-Based | Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client to support customers across the Munster region. This is a field-based role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical issues on-site, and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of coffee equipment across a wide customer base. You will join an established nationwide service team and play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional, responsive, and high-quality service experience. Key Responsibilities Installation & Service Install and disconnect coffee equipment safely at customer sites Carry out servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on installed equipment Complete scheduled preventative maintenance visits Ensure all equipment is fully operational following service calls Provide customers with basic operational training and user guidance Customer Support Deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience at all times Build strong working relationships with customers across the region Liaise closely with internal Sales, Training, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues efficiently Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and parts documentation Ensure all service jobs are closed out in a timely manner Technical & Workshop Support Assist with workshop refurbishment work when required Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service function Contribute to the development of technical knowledge and best practices Health & Safety Adhere to all company health & safety and quality procedures Ensure company equipment and materials are used and maintained correctly Prepare appropriately for all scheduled service and installation work What Were Looking For Previous experience in a field service, maintenance, or technical engineering role Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Flexible approach to travel and working hours Full clean driving licence required Experience working with coffee machines, catering equipment, vending equipment, or similar electro-mechanical systems would be highly advantageous.
