Administrative Assistant – Minimum 1 Year Administrative Experience Required
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinic. Candidates must have at least 1 year of administrative experience to be considered.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional, calm under pressure, and able to think critically
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems
* Minimum Leaving Cert (or equivalent) including Maths and English
* Clear telephone manner and strong organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and follow direction
* Hardworking with a positive, "can do" attitude
Main Duties:
* Answering calls, handling client queries, and scheduling appointments
* Providing general administrative support to clinic staff
* Processing payments and issuing receipts
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Undertaking training as required
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 (1-hour lunch)
Salary: €27,000–€30,000 DOE

Pay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
