As a trusted front‑of‑house ambassador, you will ensure every interaction is discreet, professional and exceeds customer expectations from arrival to departure.ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Platinum VIP brand with professionalism, warmth and discretionCreate exceptional customer experiences by anticipating needs and remaining confident, calm and solutions‑focused under pressure, ensuring we maintain our exceptional NPS rating.Welcome, escort and support commercial and private aviation customers throughout their entire journeyCoordinate passenger check‑in, baggage handling and safe, efficient transport (airside driving) between aircraft and airport facilitiesPrepare and maintain suites, meeting rooms and hospitality spaces to premium standardsCarry out all kitchen‑related duties, ensuring full adherence to HACCP food‑safety standards and procedures Maintain consistent five‑star standards across all private suites, including restocking amenities, cleaning, hoovering, polishing and ensuring all areas are presented to a premium, guest‑ready level all the timePrepare & serve food and beverages in line with hospitality best practice and hygiene requirementsLiaise effectively with airlines, customs, immigration and internal airport teams to enable smooth operations and customer service Support events, meetings and ad‑hoc operational needs, including emergency or unplanned situationsQualificationsSkills & CapabilitiesCustomer Excellence: Strong track record in delivering high‑end, personalised service in a fast‑paced environmentWarmth & Presence: Confident, professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and pride in their work.
