Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and maintenance services for hardware and software systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Desktop Management: Manage, configure and maintain desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop systems, printers, and peripherals in a timely manner.
* Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents and requests for end-user computing support.
* Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance and repair services on desktop systems.
* Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that impact system performance.
Key Requirements:
* At least 10 years of relevant experience.
* 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead or equivalent.
* Proficient in Windows operating systems; knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems is desirable.
* A+ certification or equivalent skill set required.
