Lead change: From organisational design to talent strategies, youll shape the future.
Champion compliance & best practice while driving innovation in HR programmes.
Develop people strategies aligned with ESG principles and long-term success.
Build relationships that matter bothinternally and externally.
What Were Looking For 5+ years HR experience with strong business acumen.
CIPD-qualified (Masters a plus).
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Expert knowledge of Irish employment law.
A proactive, relationship-driven professional who loves autonomy and impact.
Full clean drivers license and willingness to travel across Ireland as required.
