Role Overview We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills further.
Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a specific kitchen section, ensuring it is prepared, stocked, and ready for service Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the restaurants high standards Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation Supervise and assist commis chefs, providing training and guidance where necessary Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and specials Uphold HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times Maintain a clean and organised work environment Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with inventory management Work effectively with other sections to ensure a smooth service flow Requirements Minimum2 years experience in a similar role in Dublin Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen Creativity, flair, and technical skill in the kitchen Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available full-time, including evenings and weekends Fluent English essential References required What We Offer Competitive package,paid weekly (rate dependent on experience) 4-day working week with alternating days off Staff meals during shifts Supplier visits and training on working days 10% discount on full memberships at Educo Gym, Baggot Street The chance to work with the finest fresh, quality Irish produce Opportunities to grow and progress within a respected and award-winning group Application Process If you are passionate about food and eager to take the next step in your culinary career, wed love to hear from you.
