The Role:
As the successful Manager / Associate Director you will be responsible for the following duties:
Leading financial restructuring and turnaround engagements
Preparing cash management improvement plans and supporting ongoing liquidity monitoring
Supporting negotiations and communications with key stakeholders
Assisting in operational turnaround and financial recovery assignments
The Person:
The successful Manager / Associate Director will meet the following criteria:
ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified
Experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, or turnaround advisory
Experience supporting or leading financial restructuring engagements
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
