Solar Solution Sales Manager
to support its growing presence in the Irish market.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Solar Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting business development and project success through strong technical and commercial engagement:
* Provide
pre-sales support
to channel partners, customers, and internal sales teams
* Lead and support
pre-sales testing activities
, including technical workshops with customers and partners
* Collaborate with customers to
optimize system layouts
, improving overall system performance and reducing CAPEX
* Work closely with Account Managers to
support project bidding
, solution positioning, and technical clarifications
* Act as a key point of contact to
follow up and resolve issues
arising during testing, workshops, or bidding phases
* Coordinate internally across sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progression
* Support long-term relationship building with partners through technical expertise and consultative engagement
Required Experience & Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of experience
driving channel sales or solution sales within the
PV / solar inverter / battery storage / EV charging
industry
* Proven ability to work in
pre-sales or solution-oriented roles
, combining technical understanding with commercial insight
* Strong knowledge of
customer engagement
, solution presentation, and value-based selling
* Established personal network in Ireland
within the renewable energy or power sector
* High level of
motivation, drive, and passion for solar and clean energy technologies
* Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
* Comfortable working with
multicultural, international teams
across regions
* Strong
project operation and coordination skills
