The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to lead day-to-day production operations on a designated shift. Reporting to the MCPH Unit Manager, you will ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in line with all KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver production schedules, productivity, yield, and labour targets
* Lead and develop Supervisors and production teams
* Drive GMP, food safety, quality, H&S, and environmental compliance
* Control labour costs and support cost-saving initiatives
* Minimise downtime and support preventative maintenance
* Promote Lean and continuous improvement practices
* Manage attendance, incidents and employee relations
* Provide performance feedback and employee development
About You
* 3+ years' experience in FMCG / food production
* Experience in Live Food Operations essential
* Degree in Food, Operations, or Management (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
* Knowledge of Lean, CI, and H&S standards
