Customer Service Agent – Full Time

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Customer Service Agents to join our Shared Services team.
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting a range of administrative tasks through telephone, email, and live chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via telephone in a professional and efficient manner
Deliver high‑quality customer service with a focus on first‑contact resolution
Complete administrative and data processing tasks accurately
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client procedures and processes
Escalate trends, issues, and customer feedback to management where necessary
Meet individual and team performance targets and objectives

About the Role

Telephone answering and customer support
Assisting customers with enquiries and service‑related queries
Performing daily administrative duties
Supporting a fast‑paced and dynamic customer service environment

Working Hours

37.5 to 40 hours per week
Flexible shifts to support our 24/7 operations
Occasional bank holiday availability may be required

Skills & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
High attention to detail
