Description
You will build and maintain a strong and robust Management System that complements the requirements of our route-to market teams and Logistics partners.Be the primary point of contact for various teams (Retail, Reseller, AppleCare, SDM Planning) for troubleshooting queries related to shipment exceptions.Collaborate with Apple’s Logistics teams, as well as external business partners, to own and deliver a fast, effective resolution process for shipment exceptions.Seek out continuous improvement opportunities relating to the execution, tracking and overall management of customer deliveries.Work with other departments to influence & implement change. Drive the identification & elimination of manual touch points by streamlining and automating transactional activities.Maintain a continuous focus on robust controls & monitoring systems to ensure excellence in execution.Tailor reporting to suit the needs of the business delivering insightful and concise updates to leadershipBuild strong connections with key route-to-market leaders / managers.Collaborate closely with your Logistics counterparts, establishing an integrated management system and complementary reporting suite.
