CRM Administrator
A leading multi-brand automotive dealership is seeking a proactive and organised CRM Administrator to support its dynamic sales operations. The dealership prides itself on delivering high-quality vehicles and an exceptional customer experience.
The CRM Administrator will play a central role in managing the customer relationship database, coordinating sales appointments, and supporting the sales team in maintaining consistent and effective contact with prospective and existing customers.
* Conduct outbound and follow-up calls across multiple automotive brands.
* Understand and assess customer needs to support their next vehicle purchase decision.
* Schedule appropriate follow-up interactions and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
* Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer information within the CRM platform.
* Maintain and organise the appointment diaries of sales personnel.
Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a CRM or customer contact role. Background in the automotive sector is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner are essential. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with an emphasis on outbound contact and appointment setting.
Position Details
* Part-time role: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday/Saturday).
* Hourly rate: €16.
* Commission available for appointments that result in successful vehicle sales.
* Initial training will be provided.
