This position entails leading, motivating, developing the client-focused team; coordinating work volumes; setting & achieving individual group KPIs; preparing data compliance reports; overseeing new hire recruitment & onboarding processes
* You should have a strong educational background ideally in business studies or another relevant discipline.
* A minimum of four years' experience as people manager is essential. Experience gained in regulated sectors would be highly advantageous.
