Job Description:

As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with the HR Manager to steer the strategic HR direction of the business. You will lead initiatives across Irish operations, coach line managers on performance, engagement, and talent development, and oversee the entire employee life cycle.
You will manage recruitment processes in partnership with line managers and agencies, ensure roles are filled promptly with the right fit, and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners through regular reviews and assessments.
You will also handle employee relations and performance matters, ensure timely reviews, and support engagement efforts through surveys and follow-up actions.
