Your new company A Commercial Manager is now required in the west of Ireland. Roles available with 2 different companies in Galway and Mayo. The first opportunity is with an established retrofit contractor based in County Galway. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead its commercial function. This is a key leadership role with strong influence over business strategy, project delivery, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all commercial activities across multiple projects. Manage cost control, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration. Support tendering, bid management, and business development with accurate commercial input. Submit interim valuations and agree final accounts Manage subcontractor's procurement and payments Provide strategic commercial leadership to the project teams and company directors. Ensure strong client relationships and successful commercial outcomes. Requirements 5+ years' experience as a QS or Commercial Manager within main contracting. Proven ability to lead commercial operations in an SME or fast-paced project environment. Strong contractual, negotiation, financial, and leadership capabilities. Relevant QS or construction-related degree qualification.
