The Opportunity My client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, supporting key business units.

Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Analyse departmental spending and ensure accurate expense recognition with appropriate journal entries.
Provide clear, data-backed insights to support cost management and investment decisions.
Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary for management reporting.
Identify and implement improvements to processes, reporting, and efficiencies.
Support ad-hoc requests and develop new opportunities for financial analysis across general & administrative areas.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
At least 3 years' experience in financial planning & analysis; experience in global expense planning preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated use of data to inform decisions.
Excellent Excel skills; SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communicator, comfortable presenting findings across all levels of an organisation.
Collaborative team player with initiative to work independently.
Process improvement mindset with experience enhancing workflows or reporting.
