Key Responsibilities
* Handle event enquiries and guide clients through each stage of the sales process.
* Develop revenue across weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings.
* Maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Carry out venue viewings and represent the business at relevant industry activities.
* Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure clear communication with operational staff.
* Observe market developments and contribute to overall sales direction.
* Meet established performance and revenue targets.
Desired Profile
* At least 2 years' experience in event sales or a comparable role within quality hospitality settings.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
