To succeed in this role, you should possess MCC qualifications in Personal and Commercial General Insurance, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or financial services role, a clean driving license, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, and a clear understanding of Performance Management. A proven track record of effective networking and business acumen is also essential.
