Salary: EUR32000 - EUR46000 per annum
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ERP Administrator to join a busy Galway warehouse team.
This ERP Administrator role will support stock control, reporting, and ERP system transition activities within a fast-paced retail environment. The ERP Administrator position would suit someone with strong administration skills, attention to detail, and experience working across logistics or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and complete warehouse and store stocktakes
Investigate stock discrepancies and process amendments
Assist with ERP system stock transition activities
Support accurate recording and reporting of stock holdings
Liaise regularly with the ERP Readiness Project Manager
Assist in creating company-wide stock processes
Produce stock and operational reports for senior leadership
Support smooth warehouse stock control operations
Key Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administration
Strong administrative experience and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain operations
Adaptability and resilience
Customer-focused mindset
Strong decision-making and reporting skills
