The AI Solutions / Operations Lead will lead the development and deployment of AI technologies across the University to enhance our operations and drive operational excellence. They will assist in the definition of strategic priorities, shape how AI integrates into digital transformation efforts and ensure AI supports long-term University goals. The role will be pivotal in delivering AI capabilities that enable solutions delivering substantial value to our university and enable the ongoing transformation of our internal operations. Core responsibilities include overseeing piloting and testing AI solutions, aligning AI use cases with University strategy, guiding deployment governance and reporting to Executive Management Team. They will also work across legal and operations to manage risk and compliance. This is a multi-campus role, and the nature of the role requires interaction with Executive, Faculties, Management, staff and students across all SETU campuses. #SETUC
