Industrial Cleaning Operations Manager
An experienced Industrial Cleaning Operations Manager is required to oversee industrial cleaning operations. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial cleaning processes and best practices, as well as excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This includes:
* Ensuring all industrial cleaning services meet or exceed customer expectations
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
* Recruiting, training, and supervising industrial cleaning staff
* Managing tasks such as window cleaning, carpets, power washing, cladding cleaning, high-level warehouse cleaning etc.
* Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
* Implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
* Preparing accurate and competitive quotes for industrial cleaning services
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing an industrial cleaning team and possess a full clean driving license. They will also require Safe Pass certification or a willingness to obtain it.
