About the Role
This newly created role for a Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Head of Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute supply chain strategies to boost efficiency and service levels.
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimise disruptions.
* Collaborate with suppliers & manufacturers to ensure smooth supply flow and resolve issues.
* Monitor supplier performance and enforce quality standards (KPIs).
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and sustainability initiatives.
* Optimise supply chain strategies to reduce costs.
* Oversee timely purchasing and material delivery for project timelines.
* Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
* Conduct supplier factory audits to assess performance and service quality.
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous relevant experience across supply chain management.
* The ability to manage projects and work to deadlines.
