About The Role
As a key member of our Accommodation Team, you will assist the Accommodation Manager in ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met and documented. You will also be responsible for promoting good team relations and adhering to all Human Resource Management procedures.
* Assist the Accommodation Manager in maintaining quality standards.
* Promote positive team dynamics within the department.
* Adhere to HR policies and procedures.
* Stay up-to-date with competitor information and market trends.
* Develop weekly rosters and lead daily team briefings.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach.
