Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead marketing and communications strategy for Pernod Ricard Brand Homes, with a primary focus on Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience, and support across the wider portfolio.
This role combines brand marketing and tourism expertise to deliver integrated campaigns across physical and digital channels, enhancing visitor engagement and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies aligned with global brand direction and business objectives
Support positioning and messaging for the wider Brand Homes portfolio
Ensure consistent and on‑brand execution across all touchpoints
2. Communications & Campaign Delivery
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Deliver key visibility moments including PR, partnerships, and events
Manage content development across digital, PR and on‑site channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns
3. Visitor Marketing & CRM
Support the full visitor journey (awareness → consideration → conversion → advocacy)
Contribute to CRM and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat visitation and engagement
Apply insights on visitor behaviour and tourism trends to improve campaigns
Support optimisation of digital channels (website, booking platforms, social media, SEO)
Work with digital and e‑commerce teams to improve online discoverability and booking experience
Apply digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing performance
5. Insights & Performance Tracking
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Provide insights and recommendations to support decision‑making
Manage assigned marketing budgets and track return on investment
Experience in brand marketing, communications, or campaign management
Experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital and/or offline)
Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decisions
Experience working with internal stakeholders and/or external agencies
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in premium brands, tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing
Experience with CRM, loyalty programmes, or customer lifecycle marketing
Experience managing marketing budgets
Experience working in a matrix organisation
Exposure to digital marketing tools, analytics, or e‑commerce environments
Qualifications & Experience
Third level qualification in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience in marketing or brand management roles
Experience working across multiple marketing channels
