Technical Advisor Job Summary
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams.
* Responsibilities include planning and coordinating service and support for a full range of products and services, delivering timely support to customers, and providing on-site assistance in emergency situations.
* The Technical Advisor will also be responsible for preparing and delivering technical reports, training clients and employees, and liaising with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products.
Key Qualifications
* A third-level qualification in engineering or a relevant trade is essential, as well as strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
* Experience in a similar technical support role is required, along with knowledge of PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSD).
