We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
* Merchandise product ranges in-store, conduct stock counts, and ensure optimal product availability.
* Present product offerings to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional opportunities.
* Tailor sales approaches to maximize revenue based on individual store needs.
* Support retail managers by troubleshooting any issues and maintaining a customer-first approach.
* Plan and manage a weekly route to ensure all locations are well-stocked and supported.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and meetings when required.
* Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales or field-based role, ideally in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable using Excel/spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.
