Tesco Ireland is currently recruiting for a Loyalty Executive. The key purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of running CRM campaigns, specifically targeted coupon campaigns. Owning campaign critical path and ensuring timelines are set, communicated with team members and adhered to Assessing and planning for any risks to successful delivery of campaign Owning and managing campaign documentation including briefs, critical paths, SLAs, request/amend forms etc. Assisting with campaign budget management including managing budget trackers, POs and Assisting with any in-store/online testing required to validate/improve customer journeys Assisting with analysis/reporting of CRM campaigns Essential: 1+ years experience of some project management/project leading responsibility The ability to work with multiple cross-functional, internal/external stakeholders Basic excel skills (such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Desirable: 1+ years experience leading responsibility in a CRM/campaign/customer context Customer/Marketing educational or work background Experience in Marketing/campaign operations Basic marketing/customer copywriting skills Our vision at Tesco is to become every customer's favourite way to shop, whether they are at home or out on the move.
