Our reputation is built on the skills, excellence, and commitment of our people in infrastructure consultancy.The successful candidate will work directly with senior team members across Ireland and be based in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Dundalk, or remotely within Ireland in a hybrid work environment.Role Description and Duties:Manage multi-disciplinary design-build teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Identify and agree project objectives with the Project Director and develop strategies to achieve them.Manage contractual and commercial risks, escalating issues to the Project Director as needed.Set objectives, delegate tasks, and define risk-sharing arrangements within the project team.Oversee project technical and financial management, monitor performance, and implement mitigation measures as necessary.Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the project team, ensuring effective communication and health & safety compliance.Coordinate communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, including issuing task orders and resource planning.Develop and own the project delivery programme and provide regular progress reports.Protect AtkinsRéalis’s commercial interests through timely invoicing, credit control, and risk management.Ensure proper project closure, documentation archiving, lessons learned, and client satisfaction surveys.Candidate Requirements:Experience in DB design and project management.Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.Chartered Engineer or equivalent, with experience managing large infrastructure design projects.Experience in managing design teams within a consultancy setting.Knowledge of construction contracts, especially NEC4.Proficiency in project management tools, BIM, CDE, and 3D modelling.Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams, managing deadlines and priorities effectively.The position offers attractive salary, professional membership fees, pension benefits, accident and illness cover, CPD training, flexible/hybrid working, and PSRA pension contributions.About Us:AtkinsRéalis prioritizes Environment, Sustainability, and Health & Safety.
