Reporting to the General/Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and managing the cost-effective operation of the C&B department, including beverage purchasing, meeting room setup, and food & beverage service. Your goal will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage the operation and setup of meetings, conferences, banquets, and events.
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team following company policies and SOPs.
* Forecast staffing needs and create rosters aligned with budgets and business levels.
* Implement high standards and procedures across all operations.
* Maximize sales during event planning and execution.
* Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Delegate tasks effectively, negotiate, and manage team members.
* Be target-driven and ambitious.
* Show creativity in menu design, food prep, and presentation.
* Be proficient with computers, email, reporting, and wage forecasting.


What You Will Need

* 2-3 years of management experience is essential.
* Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property is desirable but not mandatory.
* Experience in training, motivating, and managing a service-oriented team.
* Experience managing both large and small functions.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Availability to work mid-week, weekends, and evenings.
