Dromoland Castle is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team by handling administrative tasks and facilitating smooth business operations. Overview of the Role:
* Working Monday to Friday onsite.
* Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
* Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
* Manage and prioritise incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
* Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external Team Members.
* Assist in project management tasks and follow-ups as required.
* Maintain organised records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
* Perform other administrative duties to support business operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
* Possess relevant Business / Administrative Qualification.
* Exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong understanding of corporate operations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years consecutive administrative experience working in a corporate or executive-level support role.
* Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
