Senior HR Manager – 14 Month FTCDublin | Hybrid Working | Financial Services/Public SectorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a high-performing HR team within a leading public sector financial services organisation on a 14-month fixed-term contract.This role will suit a commercially minded HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful people solutions across recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance and organisational development.Opportunity to work within a highly regarded and purpose-driven organisationBroad HR exposure across multiple business areasCollaborative and professional working environmentThe Role Supporting multiple business units across the organisation, the Senior HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategy.Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutionsManaging employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance processesSupporting workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategiesAdvising managers on performance management, absenteeism and employee engagementSupporting compensation, reward and career framework initiativesAnalysing people data and trends to support evidence-based decision makingDriving HR best practice and ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislationSupporting HR projects, process improvements and continuous enhancement initiativesPromoting engagement with HR systems including SAP SuccessFactorsThe successful candidate will have:Minimum 6 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR roleCIPD qualification and relevant third-level degreeStrong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practiceProven employee relations experienceExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityExperience working in complex or regulated environmentsHR systems experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactorsA collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approachExperience designing or supporting career and reward frameworks would be advantageous.
