Job Title: HSQE Professional
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment) professional to join our team. As an HSQE Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and environmental management of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of our Safety Charter and Life Saving Rules.
* Engage with employees to promote a safety-first culture and identify training needs.
* Maintain and update risk assessments and safe systems of work.
* Deliver group HSQE programs and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client obligations.
* Manage the Corrective & Preventative Actions system with operational teams.
* Monitor and close out near misses, hazards, and incidents effectively.
* Conduct accident investigations and support client account management.
* Plan and schedule tasks to maximize efficiency and minimize safety, health, and environmental risks.
Administrative Support:
* Provide administrative support for reception, visitors, and compliance-related matters.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and mail sorting efficiently.
* Draft, format, and circulate documents and standard reports.
* Support document control and filing systems.
* Schedule meetings, book rooms, and arrange refreshments as needed.
* Organize travel itineraries for management personnel.
* Monitor office appearance and report any issues to discipline heads.
* Order and manage stationery and shredding requirements.
* Liaise with internal teams and customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
