If so, we want you to join our team as our next Production Manager!Why This Role?As a Production Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our plant operations—leading with empathy, driving performance, and creating a culture where safety, quality, and people come first. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and impactful every single day.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead with Empathy: Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement. Champion inclusion and well-being.Drive Safety Excellence: Conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits.
