Key Responsibilities
* Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and strategic planning
* Supervise the warehouse team, providing leadership, training, and support
* Oversee warehouse administration, documentation, and reporting functions
* Perform warehouse operative tasks including order picking, packing, stocktaking, and dispatch
* Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
* Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and company vehicles (training provided if necessary)
* Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
* Ability to work independently and manage a small team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Full, clean driving licence required
